SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 28 APRIL 2020
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
Milan, 26 May 2020 - Prysmian S.p.A. (the "Company") informs that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2020, together with the relevant attachments among which the updated By-laws, are available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (under Company/Governance/Shareholders Meeting) on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at www.borsaitaliana.it and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
