MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 16 APRIL 2015
Milan, 14 May 2015. Prysmian informs that, the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 16 April 2015, together with the relevant attachments among which the updated By-laws, are available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (in the section Investor Relations/Shareholder Information/Shareholders' Meetings), on the Borsa Italiana website at www.borsaitaliana.it and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
