Rotterdam, 6 May 2024

Pryme N.V. has issued 109,050 new shares in its capital to satisfy the company’s commitments per the vesting of restricted stock units awarded to the participants in:

(i) the 2022 long-term incentive plan for the period from 1 July 2022 through 30 June 2023, as approved by the 2022 AGM (50,450 shares), and

(ii) the 2023 long-term incentive program for the period from 1 July 2023 through 30 June 2024, as approved by the 2023 AGM (58,600 shares).

The shares have been issued in a notarial deed at par value of EUR 0.05 per share, totaling an issue price of EUR 5,452.50 that has been set off against the company’s share premium reserve. The increase of share capital has been notified to the Dutch Register of Business Enterprises. The new shares will be delivered and tradeable on Euronext Oslo Growth market.

The Company's registered share capital following today’s issuance of shares is EUR 2,527,381.10, divided into 50,547,622 shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.05.
