Reference is made to the private placement announced on March 25th, 2024 subject to shareholder approval in an extraordinary general meeting to be held on April 9th, 2024 (the “Private Placement”).

Circular Plastics Coöperatief U.A., represented on the board of directors of Pryme N.V. ("Pryme") has on 25 March 2024 been allocated 996,078 Offer Shares corresponding to an investment of EUR € 0.9 million in the Private Placement subject to the approval by the Company’s shareholders.

Stichting Multistrat, represented on the board of directors of Pryme has on 25 March 2024 been allocated 1,056,078 Offer Shares corresponding to an investment of EUR € 1.0 million in the Private Placement subject to the approval by the Company’s shareholders.
