Pryme N.V. - Commencement of Subsequent Offering

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Pryme N.V. ("Pryme" or the "Company") on 31 December 2025 announcing the publication of a national prospectus and the subsequent offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering commences today, 6 January 2026 at 09:00 (CET), and ends on 22 January 2026 at 16:30 (CET).
