Pryme production status update
Rotterdam, 9 September 2025
Reference is made to Pryme N.V.’s (the “Company”) production volume update on 1 September 2025. The Company is suffering additional delays in the repair of the reactor’s sealing system. Pryme will inform the market when production is resumed. Regarding the expected production volume for Q3 2025, as no pyrolysis oil has been produced to date in September, it is unlikely that the Company will produce a total of 900 tons in Q3 and thus it may miss its Q3 production forecast.
