Pryme restarts its testing program for Pryme One

Rotterdam, 22 December 2025

Pryme (the “Company”) has resumed its Pryme One production testing program. The installation was restarted on 18 December 2025 for production at low levels. During the testing program phase, there will be intermittent periods from time to time where production is halted as the Company is planning to implement and test various alternative improvements to the reactor that may require a reset or cleaning process before restarting. The Company’s emphasis will be on executing the testing program rather than to maximize oil production. Pryme does not expect any significant oil production in December, 2025. The Company plans to issue its next monthly update on the December 2025 production volume on Monday 5 January 2026.
