Pryme N.V. will hold its next Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (“EGM”) on Thursday 18 December 2025 at 10.00 hours at the company’s offices at Theemsweg 5, third floor, 3197 KM Botlek Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
Please refer the attached Notice and Agenda for the EGM and its appendices for more information.
The notice for the EGM that was scheduled for 17 December 2025 at 10.00 hours at the company’s offices as communicated on 2 December is hereby revoked and the said meeting canceled.
