B. van Vliet, a member of the board of directors of Pryme B.V., has on 7 April 2022 acquired 4,301,697 shares in Pryme B.V. at price of NOK 10 per share.

This purchase was part of the private placement that was completed on 7 April 2022 and is therefore subject to its terms and conditions.
