Pryme N.V. – Notification of transactions by primary insider/close associate

Rotterdam, November 10, 2022

Mr. B.R. van Vliet, a primary insider and a member of the Management Board of Pryme N.V. has effected two transactions to consolidate his various holdings in Pryme N.V. into Stichting Multistrat, an entity controlled by Mr. van Vliet.

The details of these transactions are as follows:

1. Oliphant Holding S.A. has sold its entire stake of 3 million shares to Stichting Multistrat at a price of NOK 7.42 per share, which is the share price at market close on Tuesday November 8, 2022.

2. Mr. van Vliet has sold 193’205 shares held personally by him to Stichting Multistrat at a price of NOK 7.42 per share, which is the share price at market close on Tuesday November 8, 2022.

The total number of shares in Pryme N.V. held directly or indirectly by Mr. van Vliet remains unchanged.

Following these transactions, Mr. van Vliet’s entire holding of 8’144’902 shares in Pryme N.V. is held through Stichting Multistrat.
