Pryme N.V. – convertible loan from Taranis Investment Limited settled in full
Rotterdam, 17 September 2024
Pryme N.V. (the “Company”) refers to the convertible loan of EUR 10,056,814 from Taranis Investment Limited (“Taranis”) to the Company that replaced Taranis’ previous subscription to 10,620,777 shares in the Company’s private placement of 25 March 2024, as approved by the Company’s extraordinary general meeting on 25 June 2024. The convertible loan is payable exclusively in the form of a conversion into shares in the Company’s capital. Today, the conversion took place and the convertible loan agreement with Taranis has been settled in full. A separate announcement on the related issuance of shares will be made today.
