Reference is made to the private placement announced on March 21st subject to shareholder approval in an extraordinary general meeting to be held on April 11th, 2023 (the “Private Placement”).

Circular Rotterdam B.V., an investment consortium managed by and associated with Infinity Recycling who has appointed a supervisory board member to the Company’s supervisory board of directors who is a primary insider, has on 21 March 2023 been allocated 13,290,416 Offer Shares corresponding to an investment of EUR 12.8 million in the Private Placement subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders.

Stichting Multistrat, represented by Boudewijn van Vliet on the Company’s supervisory board of directors has on 21 March 2023 been allocated 2,076,628 Offer Shares corresponding to an investment of EUR 2.0 million in the Private Placement subject to the approval of the Company’s shareholders.
