Rotterdam 4 March 2025,
The supervisory board of directors of Pryme N.V. ("Pryme" or the "Company") appoints Mr. Benoît Morelle interim Chief Executive Officer of Pryme N.V., effective 8 March 2025.
This follows the resignation of Mrs. Marieke Bleyenbergh as interim CEO per the same date of 8 March 2025. The supervisory board thanks Marieke for her leadership of Pryme since 4 November 2024 and wishes her all the best in her future endeavors.

He will provide the leadership for the Company to achieve stable production at meaningful volumes and will be supported by Pryme’s highly skilled and motivated team.
