Pryme N.V. (“Pryme”) announces today that the supervisory board has accepted the resignation of Ferry Lupescu as Pryme's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), effective March 31, 2024. His resignation is not the result of any dispute or disagreement with Pryme on any matter relating to Pryme's operations, policies or practices. Pryme has initiated a search for a new CFO and is confident that an orderly transition of the CFO activities will take place during the first quarter of 2024 as Ferry will remain in office until his departure date.

The supervisory board of Pryme wishes to thank Mr. Lupescu for his services and contributions to Pryme and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
