CRC Holding B.V. ("Pryme") elects new board member and announces name change

Oslo, 16 February 2021 – CRC Holding B.V. ("Pryme" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Boudewijn Van Vliet has been elected as a new member of the board of directors with effect from 11 February 2021.

Mr. Van Vliet brings with him extensive experience from the commodity trading sector, having worked more than 25 years in the sector and held numerous leading positions at Mercuria Energy Trading SA in Gevena and Citigroup Global Markets Ltd. in London. Mr. Van Vliet began his commodity trading career in Cargill and holds a degree in Economics from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

Further, the Company has resolved to change the company name to Pryme B.V. The new company name will appear on Euronext Growth once the name change has been registered in the Dutch Trade Register, expected to take place shortly. The ISIN number, ticker and instrument ID will remain unchanged.
