PRYME NOMINATES TWO EXPERIENCED DIRECTORS

The Pryme board of directors has nominated Henning Jensen and Michiel Kool for the role of non-executive director.

Both Henning and Michiel will bring valuable knowledge and experience that will help shape Pryme's development, growth and governance.

An extraordinary shareholder meeting will be called in September where both candidates will be presented for appointment as directors.

Henning Jensen has spent most of his professional career in the automotive industry. He was a CFO at Delphi/General Motors followed by being the SVP of the Automotive business at TE Connectivity and Tyco International. Outside of the automotive industry, Henning was CEO of RHI AG, the Austrian world leader in refractories followed by becoming the CEO of Kistefos, a Norwegian investment firm. His most recent executive appointment was as CEO of Kongsberg Automotive.

Henning has broad and global executive experience from multiple industries, mostly for publicly traded companies. He has also been chairman and board member of various publicly traded and privately held companies.

His education consists an MBA from University of San Francisco and doctoral studies at Hochschule St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

Michiel Kool joined Shell in 1984 with an M.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology. He then worked in Gabon, New Zealand and Oman. From 1998 he led the establishment of a Shell exploration and production business in Brazil.

From 2004 he held a range of senior executive roles across the upstream, downstream and gas sectors and in projects and technology. This included business roles as head of the Asia region for upstream and as MD of Qatar Shell which operates the largest GTL plant in the world, and functional roles in corporate strategy and as head of safety, environment and social performance

for the Shell Group.

Michiel has a special interest in the transition of the global energy and resource system and in good governance.
