PRESS RELEASE - Nomination of Directors

The Pryme board of directors has nominated Henning Jensen and Michiel Kool for the role of non-executive director.

Both Henning and Michiel will bring valuable knowledge and experience that will help shape Pryme’s development, growth and governance.

An extraordinary shareholder meeting will be called in September where both candidates will be presented for appointment as directors.
