Stephan Anzenhofer informed the Supervisory Board today that he will resign from his function as CFO of Pryme BV at his own request and for personal reasons.

The Supervisory Board accepted his resignation and noted that Mr. Anzenhofer will continue in his function as CFO through an appropriate period to secure a smooth transition. A search for a new CFO will be initiated immediately.

The Board thanks Mr. Anzenhofer for his contributions and achievements for Pryme BV and wishes him all the best for the future.
