Pryme N.V. will hold its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders (EGM) on Tuesday 2 September 2025 at 15.00 CEST at its group company’s offices at Theemsweg 5, 3rd floor, NL-3197 KM Rotterdam-Botlek, The Netherlands.
