Pryme N.V. – EGM 11 November 2022 – Meeting Minutes and announcement

Attached please find the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders held today in the company’s offices in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

The chair of the EGM removed item 5 of the EGM agenda as a result of Mr. Manuel Althoff withdrawing from his proposed appointment as a director of the management board for personal reasons. Mr. Althoff will continue his role as the company’s CFO until further notice without assuming the function of managing director.

The other proposed resolutions at the meeting were adopted.
