Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Prudential plc (the " Company ") confirms that the share buyback programme that was announced on 23 June 2024 and commenced on 24 June 2024 (the " Programme ") has now completed.

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 81,403,648 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 657.45 pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £535m.
