Prudential plc

Completion of Share Buyback Programme

Prudential plc (the " Company ") confirms that the share buyback programme that was announced and commenced on 5 December 2024 (the " Programme ") completed on 26 June 2025.

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 83,175,466 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 742.6120 pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £617,670,988.
