Prudential plc confirms that Claudia Suessmuth-Dyckerhoff, Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, has been nominated as an Independent Member of the Board of Lonza Group Ltd ("Lonza"), subject to her election at the Annual General Meeting of Lonza in May 2026.
