Completion of Share Repurchase Programme to neutralise 2025 Scrip dividend share issuances

Prudential plc (the " Company ") confirms that the share repurchase programme that was announced on 15 December 2025 and commenced on 15 December 2025 (the " Programme ") has now completed.

Since the commencement of the Programme, the Company has repurchased 2,197,669 ordinary shares in aggregate at a volume weighted average price of 1118.2830 pence per ordinary share for a total consideration of approximately £24.6m.
