NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2022

Prudential plc today announces that its Notice of Meeting for the 2022 Annual General Meeting, to be held on Thursday 26 May 2022 at 10.00am UK time (5.00pm Hong Kong/Singapore time), is available to view on the Group's website at www.prudentialplc.com . A copy of the Notice of Meeting, proxy card and the draft rules of the renewed Prudential International Savings-Related Share Option Scheme for Non-Employees 2022 will also be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at http://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism in due course. Printed copies of the Notice of Meeting will today be posted to those shareholders who have requested to receive a hard copy.
