Prudential plc confirms that Amy Yip, Independent Non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent director of EFG International AG, effective 31 May 2020.

Prudential further notes that Amy Yip will stand down from the Board of Temenos Group AG on 20 May 2020.
