GRANT OF SHARE OPTIONS

This announcement is made pursuant to Rule 17.06A of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Listing Rules ”).

The Company announces that on 29 November 2019, options were granted over a total of 114,609 shares (the “ Options ”) to certain eligible employees of the Company, under the Prudential Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. A summary is set out below:
