DIRECTORATE CHANGE – EFFECTIVE DATE

Prudential plc (“Prudential”) announced on 18 May 2017 that Tony Wilkey would step down as Chief Executive of Prudential Corporation Asia and as an Executive Director of Prudential.

Prudential now confirms that the effective date of Mr Wilkey’s step down will be 17 July 2017.
