On July 1, 2011, Prudential Financial, Inc., a New Jersey corporation (the “Company”), issued a news release announcing that the Company has completed the sale of its global commodities business to Jefferies Group, Inc. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.0.
