Capital Markets Day

The PRS REIT, the closed-ended real estate investment trust established to invest in new-build homes in the Private Rented Sector ("PRS"), is today hosting a Capital Markets Day for institutional investors.

The event will include a presentation from a number of executives from Sigma Capital Group plc ("Sigma"), the parent company of the PRS REIT's Investment Adviser, including Graham Barnet, Sigma's CEO & Founder. There will also be presentations from Ian Sutcliffe, CEO of Countryside Properties PLC, Duncan Sutherland, Sigma's Regeneration Director and board member of Homes England, and Craig Langley, Director, Valuation at Savills, on the benefits and strengths of the PRS REIT's model. 

The presentations will not contain any material new information, except for the information announced separately this morning that additional debt facilities of £200m have been agreed, taking the Company's funding resource to £900m gross.
