Completion of Sale of The PRS REIT Holding Company Limited

Further to the announcement on 3 November 2025, the Board of PRS REIT plc is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of the entire issued share capital of The PRS REIT Holding Company Limited, the Company's operating subsidiary that holds the entirety of The PRS REIT plc's property assets.

There has been no material change affecting any matter contained in the announcement made by the Company in accordance with UKLR 7.3.1R and UKLR 7.3.2R on 3 November 2025.
