Subject: Intimation of Board meeting and Closure of Trading Window.

With reference to the captioned subject, please take notice that;

Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 13[th] August 2024, which amongst other items shall consider and approve the Unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30[th] June 2024;
In compliance with clause 4 of Schedule B of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 effective from 1[st] April 2019 and further to our intimation dated 26[th] June 2024, please take note that Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 01[st] July, 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours of declaration of financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30[th] June, 2024.
