Repurchase of own shares in the context of the liquidity contract
In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated Mar. 1st, 2016), Proximus announces today that Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has bought 130.000 own shares during the period between 31 May 2021 and 04 June 2021 on Euronext Brussels.
During the same period, Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has sold 163.739 own shares and consequently this results in a net reduction of 33.739 own shares.
