Transparency declaration on Belgacom shareholding

In accordance with the financial transparency rules and legislation, on 9 April 2013 BlackRock Inc. notified Belgacom S.A. that since 4 April 2013 its participation in the total amount of 338,025,135 shares with voting rights emitted by Belgacom S.A. went below the 3% threshold.
