Repurchase of own shares in the context of the liquidity contract

In the framework of the liquidity contract (see press release dated Mar. 1st, 2016), Proximus announces today that Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has bought 17.000 own shares during the period between 13 February 2017 and 17 February 2017 on Euronext Brussels.

During the same period, Kepler-Cheuvreux on behalf of Proximus has sold 58.470 own shares.
