Result of AGM and confirmation of name change

Proxama plc (AIM: PROX), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that all resolutions at its Annual General Meeting held today were duly passed. 

As a result, the Company confirms that as of 22 March 2018, its shares will trade under the new name of Location Sciences Group PLC and the TIDM 'LSAI'. The Company confirms that there is no change to the Company's ISIN: GB00B2PKZ581.

The Company's new website will be available from 07:00 am on 22 March 2018 and can be found at www.locationsciences.ai.
