3 March 2014 - The Board of Proteome Sciences plc announces the resignation, today, of Dr. Anthony Walker.

Dr. Walker has been a highly valuable contributor as a non-executive director to our Board, but regrettably his commitments to his Alacrita consultancy business are now proving too demanding for him to give sufficient time to Proteome Sciences.

We wish him well, and will be seeking a replacement in due course.
