Correction: Protector Forsikring ASA - Proposed dividend

This is a correction of the announcement today at

08:00 CET. Reason for the correction: The date the

shares are traded ex-dividend.

The Board of Directors of Protector Forsikring ASA

has in a meeting today, 13 March, decided to propose

to the AGM to pay a dividend of NOK 1,75 per share

for the fiscal year 2013. The AGM will be held 30

April 2014. Provided that the AGM adopts the

proposal, the share will be traded ex-dividend as

from 2 May 2014, and the dividend will be paid on or

around 14 May 2014.
