Reference is made to the notification of trade in connection with the share program for employees as of March 29th, 2019.

The transaction of own shares to employees included one transfer to Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and primary insider Andreas Wold Høye which achieved 1.534 shares.

After the transaction Mr. Høye holds 14.974 shares in Protector Forsikring ASA.
