22.12.2015. Reason for the correction: The company name Tomma

Invest AS was already registered. The name is corrected from

Tomma Invest AS in the original announcement to Alsøy Invest

AS.

Chairman of the Board in Protector Forsikring ASA (Ticker

PCT) Jostein Sørvoll owns the majority of shares in Gabler

Rådgivning AS which in turn owns 1 702 751 shares in

Protector Forsikring ASA.

In connection with reorganization of Gabler Rådgiving AS,

which is sent the Norwegian Brønnøysund Register Centre

today, the shares owned by Gabler Rådgiving AS in Protector

Forsikring ASA - valued at NOK 102 164 060, or NOK 60 per

share - will be transferred to Alsøy Invest AS as of 30.

September 2015.

The ownership of Alsøy Invest AS is identical to the

ownership of Gabler Rådgiving AS, and Jostein Sørvoll is the

majority owner of Alsøy Invest AS. After the transaction

Gabler Rådgiving AS will own 0 shares, and Alsøy Invest will

own 1 702 751 shares in Protector Forsikring ASA.
