Successful placement of subordinated bond issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange release as of 1 April

2016 regarding a potential placement of a dated subordinated

bond issue (tier 2).

Protector Forsikring ASA has today issued a subordinated bond

of NOK 500 million with a coupon of 3M NIBOR + 3.70

percentage points p.a. The loan has a maturity of 30 years

with a call option in 5 years.

The terms of the loan are in compliance with existing and

expected future requirements for subordinated debt eligible

as tier 2 capital.

The bond issue will be applied for listing on the Oslo Stock

Exchange.

Nordea Markets and Pareto Securities were managers of the

transaction.
