Protector Forsikring ASA appoints new CFO

Flemming Holm (46) has 20 years of experience from some of

Norway's largest and oldest financial institutions,

Gjensidige and Sparebanken Sør. He comes from the position as

Chief Financial Officer of Sparebanken Sør.

- We are pleased to welcome Flemming Holm to Protector as new

CFO. Flemming's broad experience within insurance and

management will be an asset in the further development of the

company, says CEO Sverre Bjerkeli.

Flemming Holm will start April 1st 2016.
