Protector Forsikring ASA - Annual general meeting held

Protector Forsikring ASA has today, April 7th 2022, held its Annual General Meeting. All proposals to the AGM were approved. The minutes from the meeting will tomorrow, April 8th 2022, be available on the company's website www.protectorforsikring.no.

The AGM approved the Board's proposal to distribute a dividend for 2021 of NOK 576.6 million, corresponding to NOK 7.00 per share. The ex. date is 8 April 2022, the record date is 11 April 2022, and the dividend will be paid on 20 April 2022 to shareholders as of 7 April 2022.

The General Meeting elected the Board proposed by the Nomination Committee. The Board of Protector Forsikring ASA now consists of the following persons:
