The Annual General Meeting of Protector Forsikring ASA will be held Thursday 28 March 2019 at 16:00 (CET), at Protector Forsikring ASA's premises, Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo.

The notice including agenda for the General Meeting and appendices are attached to this disclosure. The notice is sent to all shareholders with a known address.
