Notice of Protector Forsikring ASA's Annual General Meeting, attendance form/proxy form, proposal from the Nomination Committee and the Annual report 2017 are enclosed.

The notice is sent to all shareholders with a known address.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the company's premises at Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo, on Thursday 5th April at 16.00 pm. (CET).
