Notice of Protector Forsikring ASA's Annual General Meeting,

attendance form/proxy form, proposal from the Nomination Committee

and the Annual report 2016 are enclosed.

The notice of the Annual General Meeting with enclosures are

The notice is sent all shareholders with known address.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the company's premises at

Støperigata 2, Aker Brygge, Oslo, on Thursday 20th April at 16.00

pm. (CET).
