Appointment of Additional Broker

The Company confirms today that Gavin Burnell has stepped down as director of the Company with immediate effect. Gavin has resigned to pursue other business interests.

In addition, the Company confirms the appointment of Beaufort Securities Limited as joint broker to the Company.
