THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF THE GROUP’S INVESTMENT PROPERTY – COMPLETION OF THE PROPOSED DISPOSAL

All capitalised terms which are used in this announcement but not otherwise defined shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the announcement dated 8 December 2025, 16 December 2025 and 27 February 2026 (the “ Announcements ”).

The board of directors (the “ Board ” or the “ Directors ”) of Prospera Global Limited (the “ Company ”, and together with its subsidiaries, the “ Group ”) refers to the Announcements relating to the Proposed Disposal of the Company’s Property located at 30[th] Avenue SW and Interstate 94, Dickinson, North Dakota 58601, United States of America.

The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received the sale proceeds for the Proposed Disposal from the US Title Company on 3 March 2026. Accordingly, the Proposed Disposal has been completed.
