Prospera Announces Transition of Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, March 1st, 2021: Prospera Energy Inc. (PEI:TSX-V; OF6A:FRA) (“Prospera” or the “Corporation”) announces Savitri Franz has stepped down from her role as CFO. The Company would like to thank Savitri for her services over the past 15 years as CFO. Ms. Franz will continue to be responsible for the company’s stock exchange dealing and relationship and will remain as Director of the Corporation.
