Boomer Financial Inc. completed a private placement offering of 4,605,000 units for an aggregate amount of $921,000. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one transferable share purchase warrant having a two (2) year term for the purchase of one further common share of the Company at the exercise price of $0.30 per share.
The securities distributed under the offering will be subject to a 4 month and 1 day hold period expiring on January 31, 2020.
